Returns and Refunds Policy
Shopping with Piper & Lily is simple and we are here to help style you. However if you don't love your item we have a straight forward return policy.
-You can return any full price item within 14 days of package delivery for full priced items only.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded
-Please take due care when trying on any product(s)
CONDITION OF RETURN
All product(s) must be returned:
- unworn and unwashed
- with all original tags still attached, included Piper & Lily swing tags
- not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder & free of make-up or tan marks
**if the product does not meet the conditions of return, the item will be resent to customer and will not be refunded**
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Please firstly contact us at email@example.com to authorise the return.
- Please include a copy of your filled out returns form included in your parcel, and make sure your full name is printed correctly.
- Please ship the parcel to our mailing address below via a trackable Australia Post Method. All shipping charges are responsibility of the customer.
-Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item/s
**please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when you receive your refund**

ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
(If a refund needs to be processed it will take 5-12 working days)

Please make a note of your order number and the particular style number in question.
The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
